Biscuits and gravy here are the absolute best! Yum! My daughter enjoyed the waffles with fruit and egg and hash browns. Everything came out hot and delicious. The service was great. The staff was friendly and inviting.

Overall it's very cute and modern looking cafe. Good spot for if you're in a mood for fun but casual breakfast or lunch to meet up with friends or go with family. Sat outside in the patio and service was very good. Our server came to our table pretty quickly and was able to bring out our dishes pretty quickly. Got the Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich with applewood bacon and the harvest house salad and Breakfast Burrito. The sandwich was light and the basil pesto was a good touch to the sandwich. Loved the dressing for the harvest salad which had a little light tang to it. The burrito was pretty decent size and very filling.

| Food | This is a deluxe Huevos Rancheros and it was delicious! It is made with blue corn tortillas, cortina cheese, pickled onions, avocado crema, Colorado's famous green chili and chorizo. I always appreciate it when I can choose fruit as a side dish and all the fruit was good, and in particular the cantelope and honey dew were perfectly ripened and sweet. The bourbon bacon has two magic words in it and lived up to it's namesake in flavor! | Service | This is a busy place with lots of people waiting for a tables while we were there. We did not have to wait at all with our advance reservation. Service is top notch! Our server was bouncing around and super busy, yet we never lacked for her attention and she made sure to check up on us several times. Additionally, the manager can by to apologize for the wait on our food (which I didn't think was a bad wait at all). We never felt rushed but didn't overstay our welcome so others could enjoy their breakfast too. Pro-Tip: Be sure to make a reservation!

This is the first time I'm genuinely excited to write a restaurant review. Urban Egg, A Daytime Eatery, was absolutely packed on the weekend, but we were fortunate enough to have the service team accommodate our party of seven at a community table. The restaurant exudes cozy brunch diner vibes with its cheerful yellow interiors that make the day feel sunny and bright. And now, let's talk about the food: **Stuffed French Toast**: Fresh brioche filled with infused cream cheese, drizzled with caramel, and topped with fresh berries, crème anglaise, maple syrup, and whipped cream. Each bite was a moist, sweet delight. **Southwest Benedict**: An open-faced tamale topped with green chili, chorizo, hollandaise, paprika, and cotija cheese. This dish was a perfect blend of bold flavors, making it a standout item on the menu. **Tatum's Original Avocado Toast**: Local multigrain bread topped with smashed avocado, an egg cooked to your preference, crispy bacon, cotija cheese, and sprouted quinoa, served with a market salad and fresh melon. The combination was fresh, hearty, and satisfying. **Pancakes**: Urban Egg offers a great selection of pancakes, and you can mix and match three different kinds for a delightful trio. We tried: - **Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes**: Fresh strawberries, NY-style cheesecake spread, Grandma's strawberry sauce, whipped cream, and cinnamon. - **Blueberry Streusel Pancakes**: Fresh blueberries, toasted streusel, powdered sugar, lemon honey butter, and blueberry-infused maple syrup. - **Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes**: Cinnamon slurry, royal icing, and cinnamon butter. Each pancake variety was a delicious treat, offering unique and indulgent flavors. **Maui Waui**: A staff favorite, this cocktail features house-infused pineapple vodka, orange juice, and prosecco, best enjoyed with a shot of the house pineapple vodka on the side. It was refreshing and perfectly complemented our brunch. In summary, Urban Egg, A Daytime Eatery, delivers a wonderful brunch experience with its cozy ambiance, exceptional service, and delectable food. Every dish we tried was a hit, and we can't wait to return for more. Keep up the fantastic work, Urban Egg!

Cara was our server- she was cheerful and super helpful. She had forgotten one of our drinks but made sure once we got it that we never saw the bottom. This place is a great breakfast place in the area. Perfect for brunch they also order a variety of foods. I really appreciated that they asked about allergies or food sensitivities before putting in the order- most places do not do that. WAIT LIST: They do use Yelp Guest Manager for waitlist which is awesome, you can join via the app as well as on the kiosk/ipad located at the entry way. I have seen this used in even smaller restaurants and proves to be a great tool. DRINK: I ordered the cold brew coffee with an added shot of espresso for an extra kick in my pants. It was certainly strong and worth every penny. FOOD: I ordered the Steak and eggs, Medium rare, OM eggs, loaded hash and a side of bacon jalapeno chutney which was do die for. The food was filling and rich in protein. I left feeling satisfied- great sized portions, without breaking the bank. CLEANLINESS: The restaurant was clean. Highly recommend.

Came here on a Tuesday morning on our way to Denver from Colorado Springs. Located in a strip mall with Trader Joe's and Costco. Accessibility- right up in the front are the handicap parking spaces. And flat for the front entrance. Service- we were seated right away. Sara W was our server. Great positive attitude. Helped us with our choices. Got everything right on our order. And the bonus, she stopped to have friendly conversation. Food- we were not that hungry so hubby and I shared a dish. - Award-winning buttermilk biscuits and sage sausage gravy. Instead of the hash brown, switched it out for a blueberry streusel pancake. OMG! The best biscuit and gravy we have ever had. The biscuit was moist and the gravy was buttery and savory. We can see it is truly award-winning. As for the blueberry pancake, it was not overly sweet. Fluffy and the crumbles were perfect on top. - they provided 3 choices of hot sauce and the ketchup and honey for my hot water was locally made. Return Factor- if we ever make it back to Colorado, it is a definite YES to come back.

I'm not sure how and why I haven't reviewed this place. It's one of my favorite breakfast/brunch spots in town and I've brought friends and family when they visit! Everything is made fresh and they use locally sourced ingredients. I've not had anything bad here. My go to's are the blue corn huevos rancheros which is super unique and so good, it's a bit different from the typical huevos rancheros. But worth getting! I love their Urchata which I kinda describe like chocolate milk with chai, so good!! Get it cold. Service is great too. It gets busy on weekends and at certain hours during the day so definitely get on the waitlist on the app to save time.

We are big fans of Urban Egg and our experience and this location did not disappoint! Service was great, restaurant was clean. Love their menu options, and everything we had was executed perfectly. We shared corned beef hash, biscuits and gravy, and a blueberry pancake. Everything we ate blew me away. I'm not usually one for sweet breakfasts, but that pancake was dreamy. The hash and biscuits and gravy were also top notch. We were stuffed but ate just about everything because it was so good. Drinks were good too. If you haven't been and want a good brunch, give it a shot. And come hungry!!

If you are looking for excellent standard breakfast food and twists on traditional breakfast, this is your place. I had a pork belly rice bowl with scrambled eggs. It was a flavor explosion and not too spicy...just the right amount of heat. My daughter had the French toast and she devoured it. Decent atmosphere. Cool and bright. Service was good as well. We sat at the bar. Overall, great food!!
